When we opened our doors, The OutFit was one of India’s first functional fitness facilities. Our goal has been and will always be, to make India functionally fit.

That being said, The OutFit is proud to announce the launch of RCB BOLD in collaboration with Royal Challengers Bangalore! Together, we’ve worked hard to create a 52 week program that will be available at all OutFit locations as of April 2nd!

RCB is one of the fittest teams in IPL. Players like Navdeep Saini, Himmat Singh, Pawan Negi, Washington Sundar and Virat Kohli have redefined fitness in India.

With this in mind, together, we’ve found a way to not only tell RCB fans why being fit is important – but give them a way to experience it firsthand – the RCB way. We want to encourage and help the fans to be physically and mentally strong.

We’ve developed this program using our many years of experience and education to create something that’s unique but doable by anyone with the motivation to get fit. Not only will we be monitoring your progress through the year, but you’ll also get the chance to compare your PRs and progress against the entire team! How’s beating Virat’s deadlift record as a story for your next party?

Along with all this, you’ll get access to myth busting nutrition tips, travel workouts, and chances to win tickets to our home matches by participating in some exciting contests!
